Vivansa CEO honored by the Rotterdam School of Management

ROTTERDAM; September 9th, 2020 — It is with immense pride and great pleasure that we announce a significant academic achievement by our Chief Executive Officer, Vivien Monti, who has been awarded the prestigious Summa Cum Laude distinction from the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) at Erasmus University.

This highest academic honour was bestowed upon Mr Monti in recognition of his exceptional research work in the field of Global Trade Compliance. His groundbreaking study, which explored innovative compliance frameworks for businesses operating across international boundaries, has been praised by faculty for its practical applications and theoretical rigour.

Mr. Monti’s research was conducted as part of his culminating project within the highly regarded three-year Executive Master Programme in Customs and Supply Chain Management at RSM, one of Europe’s leading business schools. This intensive program brings together professionals from across the globe to address complex challenges in international trade regulation and supply chain management.

This achievement represents not only personal dedication but also our organisation’s commitment to advancing knowledge in global trade practices,” commented the Board of Directors in a joint statement. “Vivien’s research directly enhances our capability to navigate the increasingly complex regulatory environment that impacts trade operations worldwide.

The Summa Cum Laude distinction is reserved for the most exceptional academic work, demonstrating mastery of the subject matter and contributing valuable insights to the field. Fewer than 1% of program participants achieve this level of recognition.

Mr. Monti will formally receive the award at the upcoming RSM graduation ceremony in October, where he has also been invited to present key findings from his research to incoming program participants and faculty.

The Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) is one of Europe’s top-ranked business schools, helping students, academics and people in business become a force for positive change.
