BRUSSELS; August 26, 2024 — We are excited to announce the release of lxr.CCN version 2.8.0, our cutting-edge multi-application software connector for CCN network. This latest update under the branch 2.x brings a number of improvements and fixes we are happy to share with you.

Enhancements in release 2.8.0.
- If no CorrelationID is set in the message received from CCN, lxr.CCN will not send an empty tag in the ReceiveRequest.
- The spring boot library and its dependencies used in lxr.CCN have been updated to fix security issues.
Fixes in release 2.8.0.
- When the connection to the CCN gateway is lost, lxr.CCN no longer waits indefinitely for the NJCSI library to drop the connection. lxr.CCN will now take care of dropping the inactive connection and will open a new connection when the Gateway is available again.
- Under rare circumstances, it could happen that two processors in the same cluster remained active at the same time due to an error while communicating with the database. This is now handled correctly.
- The GetMessage operation of the AdminUI now supports the messageID in the Hex format.
- Downloading a message displayed by the GetMessage operation of the AdminUI does not generate an error anymore.
- The deployment script does not try anymore to deploy the async module nor the AdminUI when configured to deploy only the Sync module.
