BRUSSELS; May 2nd, 2019 — To anticipate the impact that BREXIT will have on Customs compliance, LEAR Corporation UK has mandated Vivansa to come up with a solution able to bring Customs compliance practices at LEAR Corporation to the next level. The recommendation was made to Vivansa experts that any proposed solution should not be UK specific but potentially extensible to all LEAR locations given the fact that Customs compliance is global by nature and that needs for enhanced compliance have already been highlighted by other LEAR entities due to different circumstances. The first phase of the activity (Phase 1) will be to conduct a Preliminary Analysis at LEAR UK including a gap analysis, a cost/benefit analysis, a solution architecture definition, and an implementation roadmap.
